To secure your appointment, there is a $20 deposit that will go towards your service. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours of notice before your appointment. If you cancel with less than a 48 hours notice, I will keep the deposit. A new deposit will be required when making a new appointment. Clients who do NOT show up to scheduled appointment and fail to notify within 48 hours, will be charged 50% of the service fee. If card declines when trying to charge your card, you will be banned and can no longer book an appointment with Andrea Esthetics. I understand if you’re running late, there is a 10 min grace period. Please notify me if you’re running late. If you arrive after 10 min, your deposit will be lost and appointment will be cancelled.
